Therapist and Owner
Kellie believes that each person is created with uniqueness, talents and strengths to do amazing things in this life. But life is hard and at times there are barriers that prevent us from being our best selves. She recognizes that it takes a lot of courage to reach out to ask for help. If you or your loved one is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, hopelessness or a difficult relationship Kellie can help. She is passionate about guiding women past their overwhelm, shame and insecurities to find their unique self and return to joy. She will give you compassionate support and will walk with you through this journey to find hope and celebrate your story.
Kellie has worked with youth, parents, women and families for many years and brings not only her personal experiences but many years of practice helping people heal and thrive. She has an eclectic approach to therapy with the belief that you already have the strengths you need, you just need help to see them in yourself or loved one.
About Me:
I am a Wife, Mom, Stepmom, and G-ma. I value honesty, authenticity, transparency and most of all God's Unbelievable Grace! I love warm weather, cats, sour patch kids, reading, theatre and spending time boating on the lake. I hope to write a book one day.
I love anything creative to feed my soul.
I am a follower of Jesus and that informs my world view. However, I uphold the Ethics of Social Work practice and my world view does not disqualify any person from services and I will never enforce my spiritual views into your therapy without your request.
This is your journey and I do not take it lightly that you invite me to be a part it. I look forward to getting to know you and hearing your story!
